The square between the phone company and the hospital, aka "the mall."   Around lunch time there are usually vendors of your favorite home-cooked greasy foods, and depending on the time of month, you can also find the guy selling t-shirts, shoes and jackets, the guy selling buckskins and seed beads, or the couple selling cheap toys. Oh yeah... a couple of guys sometimes show up with used furniture too... really used furniture.
